Every item sold on www.tonic-uk.com is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back to us at your own cost within 14 days of delivery for a full refund including any standard shipping costs.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we deliver to any country within the European Union.  For delivery outside of the United Kingdom or European Union please follow the link at the top of the page to Tonic Australia's main website for further assistance. 

How do I return an item?

Returning a tonic item that you are not totally satisfied with is easy.  First just send us an email to tell us it's on its way. If you can tell us why you are returning it we would appreciate the feedback.  Please remember to quote your original order number.  Then simply package up the returning item(s) using the original packaging, enclose a copy of the order receipt and mail it back to us.  Once the goods are received back and providing they are unused and in the original condition we will process your refund.  

Who pays for return shipping

It is the customers responsibility to pay the cost of return shipping but we will refund any standard delivery costs incurred on the original order. 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.  Click on the tracking number of our preferred shippers/couriers to follow your order.
